I tried contacting company twice. Maybe my email got lost somewhere but the bottle had separation and white particles. Was going to use for Christmas. Spent a small fortune on one bottle but couldn’t use due to safety/quality control issue. Very disappointed. But it does smell just like bbw, even better I would say. Maybe company will get back to me sometime. I’ve just never had this issue in 12 years of soap making. Hopefully still usable maybe could use next year if it lasts, but haven’t heard back. I don’t leave neg reviews and try to contact company before addressing any issues. Again, could be email issue on my end . I checked junk folder but can’t seem to find an email response. Maybe I could just strain it? Unsure. It smells absolutely wonderful though. If nothing else I could maybe use it in a diffuser.

I apologize for the lack of response, but I do not have any emails from you. You could strain it with a very fine mesh strainer or try gently warming the oil in a glass dish or double boiler. I hope this helps.
Great vanilla that I think works year-round. It's not too sweet like a bakery vanilla but it's for sure an awesome gourmand fragrance. The hint of coconut rounds it out nicely.
